Alimak Group’s corporate values were updated during 2020 to reflect the new organisation following the launch of the New Heights programme, to support and strengthen the new organisational structure. These new values include Take ownership, Move Fast, Challenge the limits and Be Inclusive. The values are the core guiding principles for employees in day-to-day decision making and behaviour.
