Teamleader Service

Job purpose

As a Team Leader of Service you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out daily work within the team of mechanics. You will ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and effectively, while actively contributing to technical tasks. You will act as a link between the mechanics and management, contributing to a safe and productive working environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the execution of maintenance work at the customer’s premises;
  • Provide technical support to service technicians within his scope;
  • Ensures adequate staffing in consultation with the Planning/Back Office team;
  • Checks that work is carried out in accordance with planning;
  • Ensures the quality of data processing by the team, both internally and externally;
  • Supervises that all Mechanics BMU and any temporary employees perform tasks in accordance with customer agreements and quality and safety requirements;
  • Provides input for Toolbox meetings;
  • Identifies training needs and discusses these with the person in charge;
  • Supervises required certificates;
  • Contributes to the assessment of team members in cooperation with the manager.

You profile

  • In possession of a technical MBO (Secondary vocational education) diploma (level 4 or higher) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent;
  • At least 8-10 years of practical experience in a similar technical maintenance position;
  • Experience of managing a team is a plus;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
