Service Technician (m/f/d)

Role description:

To strengthen and expand our service teams in façade access division in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are looking for motivated service technicians for Alimak Group Deutschland GmbH in the Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg and Berlin regions.

These roles will report directly to our regional service managers.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Providing service for technical and innovative equipment in the field of height access technology (facade access systems)
  • Working on site with our regional customers (based on your place of residence)
  • Providing top-notch customer service as the point of contact (m/f/d) for our renowned customers
  • Digital documentation and recording of your activities and service results
  • Expansion of the service network and helping to shape first-class customer service

Qualifications & Competencies:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Technical vocational training (e.g. as a mechatronics engineer, electrician/electronics technician, plant fitter, etc.)
  • Initial professional experience in the service sector for technical systems and in maintenance is an advantage
  • Good technical understanding and a high level of motivation for personal development
  • Electrical/electronic knowledge and an interest in innovative technical solutions are an advantage
  • High level of commitment and enjoyment of activities with a high degree of creative freedom and responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and initiative
  • German language skills
  • Class B driving licence
