Sales Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Role description:
To strengthen and further develop our project team (Manntech / Facade Access Solutions) at our Maisach location (near Munich), we are looking forward to welcoming a motivated Sales Design Engineer.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Creation of façade access solutions for skyscrapers (worldwide)
- Determination of manufacturing costs for our international sales teams
- Creation of additional documents for sales (e.g. presentations or technical explanations)
- Creation of approval drawings and technical documentation for handover to the design department after order placement
- Coordination of deviations during the course of the project with the design and project management teams
- Support in updating the cost database
- Occasional customer support during machine acceptance tests at our factory in Spain (Madrid)
- Occasional business trips to our international sales teams to provide personal support
- Occasional support at sales meetings
Qualifications & Competencies:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Successfully completed technical (specialised) university degree
- Extensive experience in mechanical engineering coupled with sales affinity
- Confident MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
- Confident skills in AutoCAD and ideally Inventor
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High level of commitment, winning manner and initiative
- Structured approach to work and strong communication/assertiveness skills
- Enjoy working in international teams
