Role description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, executing, and completing installation and upgrade projects. You will take full ownership of your projects – from planning to delivery – ensuring that timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
You will lead projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as engineering, manufacturing, and service technicians, as well as maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the process.
You will:
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and opportunities
- Manage customer dialogue and expectations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to secure project success
- Handle technical documentation and aspects of public procurement
Qualifications & Competencies:
To be successful in this role:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in project management who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment where collaboration and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday work. You are structured and proactive, with a strong ability to create clarity even in complex situations. For this role, a secondary education diploma is required.
You also have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in project planning and project management
- Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily
- A proactive mindset and the ability to make decisions when needed
- You thrive in a role where you take ownership and drive work forward
Experience in occupational health and safety (Bas-P / Bas-U) and knowledge of construction law are considered beneficial.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
