Job purpose

The Junior Work Planner is responsible for the technical work preparation of orders Service Office, including a high-quality (technical) purchasing process, in such a way that the flow of goods from sales, through purchasing to application at customers, results in optimal work preparation. Has an overview of the entire chain from purchasing to technical operational application in projects and products. Is responsible for all Alimak and all Alimak related products, within the façade Access division.

Your responsibilities

• Selecting, proposing and optimizing technical solutions for these revisions/repairs on assignment (and where necessary also in the calculation phase);
• Maintain an overview of all revisions/repairs in your portfolio and set out the necessary actions;
• Finding out which materials are needed and ensuring that they are reserved/ordered/delivered on time (warehouse management via warehouse manager – project-related ordering materials with guideline 3 quotations);
• Consultation with planning and the Sales Department;
• Telephone support of users for malfunctions/technical problems.

You profile

• In possession of a technical MBO (Secondary vocational education) diploma (level 3 or higher) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar technical maintenance position;
• Knowledge of export documents and associated (international) laws and regulations
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards (NEN)
• In possession of a valid VCA certificate or you are willing to obtain one;
• You have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
